Fireflies
Fireflies is where Alpheous gets the transcript of a recorded call. After a meeting ends, the Meeting Assistant reads the full transcript and produces a summary, pulls out commitments and follow-ups, drafts the outbound email, and feeds the conversation back into your CRM and the Knowledge Base. Voice samples from your own calls also feed the personalization the Signal Outreach drafts pick up.
What the Agents Do with Fireflies
Reading Transcripts
The Meeting Assistant watches Fireflies for transcripts of your recorded meetings. When one is ready (usually 10 to 30 minutes after a call ends), the agent reads the full transcript with speaker turns and attendee information.
Post-Meeting Summaries
Once the transcript is in, the Meeting Assistant produces a summary in Slack: what was decided, what was discussed, who said what, and what is still open. You read the summary; the agent attaches it to the right contact and deal in HubSpot.
Commitments and Follow-Ups
The Meeting Assistant pulls commitments and action items out of the transcript and presents them as a checklist in Slack. You check the items you want to track. The follow-up email draft is built from the same transcript and posts as a separate approval card.
Voice Sample Extraction
Signal Outreach can learn from how you actually talk on calls. The Meeting Assistant pulls representative passages from your transcripts so outbound drafts written on your behalf read more like you and less like a generic template. You still approve every send.
Signal Extraction for Outreach
Things people say on a call (a competitor mentioned, a renewal date confirmed, a question deferred for later) become signals the Account Assistant and Signal Outreach can act on. A deferred answer surfaces later as a follow-up draft you can approve when you are ready to respond.

How to Tell It Is Connected
When Fireflies is connected, the Meeting Assistant posts a post-meeting summary in Slack within about 30 minutes of a recorded call ending. If you hold a recorded meeting and no summary appears within an hour, confirm the call was actually recorded and uploaded to Fireflies; if it was, contact support@alpheous.com.
