Alpheous reads the pages it has been given access to and indexes them into the Knowledge Base so the agents can answer questions from your own material instead of guessing.

Knowledge Base Indexing
Alpheous walks the Notion pages and databases your connection can see and indexes them into the Knowledge Base. When you ask the Knowledge Base a question in Slack, it answers from your indexed material first and cites where the answer came from. Pages you update get re-read on a regular cycle so the answers stay current.
Context for Briefs and Drafts
When the Sales Assistant builds an advisor brief, when Signal Outreach drafts a follow-up, or when the Meeting Assistant prepares a pre-meeting view, the agent can pull positioning, talking points, and product details from what you have written in Notion. You do not paste in documents; the agent finds what it needs.
Compliance and Process Reference
The Regulatory Digest and the Account Assistant can pull from compliance playbooks and standard process notes you keep in Notion so flagged items and account reviews reference how your firm actually wants things handled, not generic boilerplate.
What Notion Access to Share
You decide what Alpheous can read. Share the pages and databases you want the agents to answer from: product material, due-diligence libraries, sales positioning, compliance playbooks, internal one-pagers. Subpages inherit access from their parent, so sharing a top-level page covers everything underneath. The connection is read-only: Alpheous never edits or writes to Notion.

How to Tell It Is Connected
When Notion is connected and content has been indexed, asking the Knowledge Base about something you have written up in Notion returns an answer that quotes or cites your own page. If the Knowledge Base says it cannot find material you know exists, open the page in Notion, check Connections, and confirm the integration is listed; contact support@alpheous.com if access is in place but the agent still cannot see it.
