Inbound Triage
The Account Assistant watches your principal mailbox. When a new message arrives, it classifies the sender (an advisor, an LP, an internal note, a vendor), summarizes the ask, and surfaces anything that needs your attention as a card in Slack. Routine acknowledgements are noted quietly; messages that warrant a decision or a reply get the full treatment.
Reply Drafts for Your Inbox
When an inbound email needs a response, the Account Assistant drafts one and posts it in Slack for review. You can edit the wording, change the tone, or rewrite the draft entirely. Once you approve, the draft lands in your Gmail Drafts folder; you open Gmail and hit Send when you are ready.
Outbound Drafts from Signal Outreach
Signal Outreach writes outbound emails to advisors and prospects based on the signals it has picked up: a new filing, a recent meeting, a stale conversation worth restarting. Each draft posts as an approval card in Slack with the signal that prompted it. Approved drafts land in your Gmail Drafts folder; the send remains yours.
Meeting Follow-Up Drafts
After a recorded call, the Meeting Assistant writes a follow-up email based on what was actually said. The draft posts in Slack with the meeting brief and any commitments made; once you approve, it lands in your Gmail Drafts folder ready to send.

How to Tell It Is Connected
When Gmail is connected, the Account Assistant posts inbox summaries and draft cards in its Slack channel during the workday. Approved drafts from any agent appear in your Gmail Drafts folder within a minute or two of you clicking Approve.
