What the Agents Do with Gmail
Your Mailbox as Context
Your Inbox and Sent folders are indexed so the agents have the same context you do. Ask the Knowledge Base what was last discussed with an advisor, and it can draw on your own mailbox alongside your other sources instead of asking you to dig up the thread. Alpheous does not classify or triage incoming mail for you: your inbox stays yours to read.
Outbound Drafts from Signal Outreach
Signal Outreach writes outbound emails to advisors and prospects based on the signals it has picked up: a new filing, a recent meeting, a stale conversation worth restarting. Each draft posts as an approval card in Slack with the signal that prompted it. Approved drafts land in your Gmail Drafts folder; the send remains yours.
Meeting Follow-Up Drafts
After a recorded call, the Meeting Assistant writes a follow-up email based on what was actually said. The draft posts in Slack with the meeting brief and any commitments made; once you approve, it lands in your Gmail Drafts folder ready to send.
Re-Engagement Drafts from the Sales Assistant
When the Sales Assistant notices a deal that has stalled or a contact who has gone quiet, it writes a re-engagement email and posts it in Slack with the reasoning behind it. Approved drafts land in your Gmail Drafts folder the same way.

How to Tell It Is Connected
When Gmail is connected, approved drafts from any agent appear in your Gmail Drafts folder within a minute or two of you clicking Approve, and the Knowledge Base can answer a question that draws on a recent email thread.
If approved drafts are not landing in Gmail, or the Knowledge Base cannot find a message you know is recent, contact support@alpheous.com.
Agents only write to your Drafts folder. They never send email directly. You decide what goes out and when.
