Integrations
Alpheous connects to the tools your firm already runs on. Each connection gives the agents the context they need to do useful distribution, intelligence, and operations work: reading your CRM, watching your calendar, pulling meeting transcripts, indexing your internal knowledge, and discovering advisor and firm intel from public sources. Nothing goes out to an advisor, a prospect, or an LP without your approval.
The table below lists every tool wired into Alpheous today and the job it does for your firm.
| Tool | What It Does for Your Firm |
|---|---|
| HubSpot | Your CRM of record for advisor, firm, and prospect context, kept in sync with Alpheous in both directions |
| Slack | Where every agent talks to you, posts approval cards, and sends digests |
| Gmail | Inbound mail triage and outbound draft email for your principal mailbox (Google Workspace) |
| Outlook | Inbound mail triage and outbound draft email for your principal mailbox (Microsoft 365) |
| Google Calendar | Today's meetings, attendees, and prep windows for pre-meeting briefings (Google Workspace) |
| Microsoft Calendar | Today's meetings, attendees, and prep windows for pre-meeting briefings (Microsoft 365) |
| Notion | Internal pages and playbooks indexed into the Knowledge Base |
| Fireflies | Call and meeting transcripts for post-meeting summaries and follow-up drafts |
| Advisor and firm intel for prospecting, plus the voice and DM channel for outbound |
Mail and calendar come in two flavours because firms do. If you run Google Workspace, connect Gmail and Google Calendar. If you run Microsoft 365, connect Outlook and Microsoft Calendar. The agents behave identically either way, and you connect one pair, not both.
Each page below explains what the agents do with the connection and how to confirm it is live.
