Prospector

Prospector is where you hand off a list of firm domains and get back researched advisor candidates. Submit domains, and Alpheous runs them through a research pipeline and hands the strongest candidates into your prospecting queue.

Submitting Domains

Submit domains one of two ways: paste one per line, optionally followed by a comma and the organization's name, or upload a CSV with the domain in the first column and an optional name in the second. Either way, Alpheous reports back how many rows were inserted, how many were skipped, and the total submitted, and new submissions begin processing within a few minutes.

What Happens Next

Each domain moves through a five-step research pipeline: a people search, an email finder, a website scrape, an email-pattern check, and a validator pass. The candidates that come out the other end with high confidence hand off automatically into your prospecting queue.

Tracking Progress

Prospector links straight through to the prospecting queue on the Advisors page's Queue view, where you see who has been claimed, who has been contacted, and who is still waiting once discovery hands a candidate off.
