Desks

Desks ranks the firms and clients that matter most right now, in three views: Hot Firms, Pipeline, and Retention. Where Firms is the full universe, Desks is a short, ranked list of where to spend today's attention.

Hot Firms

Hot Firms, the default view, ranks firms by a real-time heat score and shows only warm and hot firms; cold firms are left off the list entirely. Each firm carries its own signal timeline, and drilling into one shows exactly which signals contributed to its score and when it crossed into a new band.

Pipeline

Pipeline combines two views in one glance band: open deal desks ranked by signal strength, and book health across your active retention desks, with Total Desks, Pipeline Desks, and Book Health Desks counted at the top. Drilling into a pipeline desk shows the deal-desk contributions behind its ranking.

Retention

Retention ranks your active clients by health. A client moves from healthy to Watch, then to At Risk, as objections and risk signals accumulate against it, and a client only appears here once a deal has closed won. Drilling into a retention desk shows the client's founding context alongside its health-signal timeline, so you can see not just that a relationship is at risk but what has been building toward it.
