Talk to Prospector in its Slack channel. You can ask for a one-off enrichment, a fresh profile, a discovery run against a domain list, or a freshness check on a name you have in mind.

Enrich a Specific Advisor or Wholesaler

When you want the current picture on one person, ask by name or by firm.

Prospector runs every registered source against the entity, builds the profile, and posts back a card with the highlights: role, practice philosophy, recent press, LinkedIn signals, BrokerCheck disclosures, and a freshness summary. The full profile lands on the dashboard and writes back to the contact record in HubSpot.

Force a Fresh Pull on a Profile You Already Have

If you suspect a profile is out of date and you want Prospector to ignore its cadence and re-check now:

Prospector re-runs every source, diffs the result against the last stored profile, and posts back what changed. If nothing material changed since the last enrichment, the reply says so plainly rather than re-posting the same context.

Run a Discovery Batch on a Domain List

When you have a list of firm domains and want named decision-makers inside each:

Attach a CSV of domains, one per row. Prospector queues the batch, runs the five-step discovery pipeline against each domain (people search, email finder, website scrape, email pattern guess, validator), and posts a digest summary when the batch completes ("47 candidates found across 12 domains, top 5 listed"). The full ranked candidate list appears on the dashboard discovery tab. High-confidence candidates auto-queue for full enrichment on the next pass.

Check What Is Stale in Your Territory

@Alpheous what is stale in my book?

Prospector replies with the entities in your territory whose freshness score has dropped below threshold, ordered by how long it has been since their last meaningful update. Useful first thing on a Monday before you plan the week.

Brief Me for a Specific Meeting

@Alpheous brief me on the meeting with [firm name] at [time]

Prospector pulls the latest profile for every external attendee on the meeting, surfaces anything that changed since you last looked, and posts a compact pre-call summary. If the meeting is on today's calendar, the morning meeting-prep run has likely done this for you already (see Schedule).

Show Me a Specific Profile

@Alpheous show me the profile for [advisor name]

Prospector posts the current stored profile, with sources and last-checked timestamps per section. Useful when you want to read what is already on file without triggering a refresh.

Approval Buttons

Prospector itself does not post outbound drafts, so its cards do not carry Send buttons. The buttons on a per-entity enrichment card are for navigation and routing:

When Signal Outreach or Sales Assistant uses a Prospector profile to draft a message, the approval buttons live on that agent's card, not on Prospector's.
