Commands
Talk to Territory Intelligence in its wholesale channel, or anywhere you can @mention Alpheous. You can request a ranked list, ask for a specific cut, pull a drilldown on a single advisor, or check the status of the weekend queue without leaving Slack.
Rank Advisors for a Fund
Ask for a tier-1 cut against a fund and channel. Territory Intelligence runs the ranking and posts the list.
@Alpheous rank advisors for the new fund on the broker-dealer channel
You get back a ranked list with each advisor's tier, current allocation in the relevant sleeve, practice AUM, and the top reason to call. The list orders by composite fit score; you read the reasons, not the numbers.
Show a Shorter Cut
When you want a tighter list (top 5, top 25, a single state, a single channel), say so plainly.
@Alpheous show me 5 tier-1 advisors in the Southeast
Territory Intelligence applies your filter to the most recent ranking and posts the shortened cut. Filters can stack: a region plus a channel, a tier plus a minimum AUM, a fund plus a peer-overlap floor.
Pull a Drilldown on an Advisor
Get the full picture on a single advisor before a call.
@Alpheous drilldown on the broker-dealer advisor in Tampa we ranked tier-1 last weekend
Territory Intelligence posts a detail card: current holdings in the relevant sleeve, peer-set overlap, last recorded contact, recent firm news, channel affiliation, and a four-to-six sentence thesis on why this advisor is a conversation right now. Read it in thirty seconds before you dial.
Ask What Changed
Ask the monitoring side what surfaced since you last looked.
@Alpheous what changed on my territory this week?
You get a summary of the cards posted on your cadence (daily and weekly), grouped by signal category: engagement, AUM and book, platform and channel, re-engagement. Snoozed items are not included.
Ask for Today's Recap
After a weekend run or a mid-week scan, you can re-pull the recap.
@Alpheous show me this morning's recap
Territory Intelligence reposts the most recent recap with the funnel numbers (universe size, channel-affiliated subset, holders found, tier-1 count, addressable AUM, average allocation) and the count of outreach drafts staged in your queue.
Snooze a Rule or an Advisor
When a card surfaces something you have already handled or do not want to see again for a while, snooze it.
@Alpheous snooze the cold-relationship rule on this advisor for 30 days
Territory Intelligence records the snooze with an expiry. The same rule and advisor combination will not surface again until the snooze expires. You can also snooze a rule across the whole territory if a single rule is firing too often during calibration.
Action Buttons on a Card
Each monitoring card and prospect detail card carries action buttons. The set depends on the card type, but the common ones are:
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Draft Outreach | Hands the card context to the outreach drafting agent; an approval card lands back in your channel with a written email for you to review and send |
| Promote to Queue | Moves the advisor into the weekend run's drafting queue for the next cycle |
| Snooze | Pauses this rule on this advisor for a chosen window (typically 14, 30, or 90 days) |
| Dismiss | Resolves the card without snoozing; if the same condition holds at the next scan, the card returns |
| Open Drilldown | Opens the detail card with full evidence, holdings, and the thesis paragraph |
Nothing on these buttons sends an email to an advisor. The Draft Outreach button hands a request to the drafting agent; the email that comes back still requires your approval before anything leaves your firm.
