Schedule

Territory Intelligence runs on a fixed weekly rhythm for the ranking work and a tiered cadence for monitoring. You do not need to start any of it. Anything you can ask for on demand is also available in Slack at any time.

The Weekly Rhythm

The heavy ranking work happens at the weekend so Monday morning is ready to act on.

  • Sunday afternoon: the weekend run scores the universe, picks the tier-1 cut, enriches each tier-1 advisor with current holdings, email digest, LinkedIn signals, firm-news signals, practice profile, and a written thesis paragraph. For the top of the tier-1 list, the run also stages outreach drafts in your queue, compliance-reviewed and waiting.
  • Monday morning: the weekend recap posts to your wholesale channel. The recap arrives at the same wall-clock time each week so you can plan around it. The paragraph and stat block describe what was scanned and what was found; the queue holds the drafts ready for review.

The split between the Sunday run and the Monday post is deliberate. The run does the work when nobody is watching; the post arrives at the time of day when you are about to start dialling.

Continuous Monitoring Cadences

The monitoring side runs on four cadences. Each cadence handles the signal rules whose time horizon matches it, so you do not see the same signal type repeated across all four scans.

CadenceWhenSignal types
DailyEvery weekday morningWarm relationships gone cold, open threads with no reply, missed follow-ups, platform approvals and removals, meeting anniversaries, relevant LinkedIn posts, firm-in-news mentions, nurture re-opens
WeeklyMonday morning, after the weekend recapStalled deals, nurture drop-offs, firm moves, broker-dealer model portfolio changes
MonthlyFirst of the monthLonger-arc movement (sustained AUM jumps and drops, sustained position shifts as filings update)
QuarterlyFirst of the new quarterFiling-aligned signals from Form ADV and 13F (book-value changes, institutional position shifts)

A signal that survives the materiality filter posts immediately as an individual card. Routine signals batch into the daily digest at the start of the working day.

Mid-Week Second-Signal Runs

When a trigger event during the week affects advisors on your tier-1 list (a competitor product removed from a channel's approved list, your product approved on a new channel, a regulatory filing that changes a known fund), Territory Intelligence fires a second-signal run on demand. Fresh outreach drafts for the affected advisors stage in your queue, and a Slack post lands with the trigger and the list. These runs do not follow a fixed schedule; they fire when an event makes them useful.

On-Demand Work

Anything Territory Intelligence does on a schedule, you can also request from Slack any time. A ranked list, a shorter cut, a drilldown on a single advisor, the current recap, a snooze on a rule or an advisor: all of it works on demand. On-demand requests do not change the next scheduled run.

Snooze, Dismiss, and Freeze

  • Snooze suppresses a specific rule on a specific advisor (or a specific rule across the territory) for the window you choose. Snoozes have an expiry; the same condition surfaces again after the snooze ends.
  • Dismiss resolves the current card without recording a snooze. If the condition still holds at the next scan, the card returns.
  • Freeze pauses all monitoring posts globally. Useful during a demo, an offsite, or a quiet week. While the freeze is on, the scans still run and log; they do not post. You unfreeze from the dashboard when you are ready to receive cards again.
