Notifications
Territory Intelligence posts to your wholesale channel. There are five notification types: the Monday weekend recap, the mid-day second-signal post, the individual monitoring card, the routine-signal digest, and the prospect detail card you can pull on demand. Material and notable signals post immediately; routine signals batch.
Weekend Recap
When: Monday morning, after the Sunday weekend run has scored the universe, enriched the tier-1 list, and staged outreach drafts in your queue.
What it contains:
- A short paragraph in plain language describing what was scanned, what was found, and which drafts are queued. Specific numbers throughout: the universe scanned, the channel-affiliated subset, the count of holders found, the tier-1 count, the addressable AUM total, the average allocation percentage.
- A stat block under the paragraph that repeats those same figures so a quick scan catches them.
- A trigger-event line at the top when the run was prompted by a specific event (a platform approval, a fund launch, a regulatory filing).
- A pointer to the count of outreach drafts already sitting in your queue, compliance-reviewed and waiting for review.
- Buttons to open the queue, open the dashboard's enrichment summary, or view the segmented HubSpot list.
Action required: Open the queue when you are ready to review and approve drafts. The recap itself is informational; the work is in the queue.
Second-Signal Post
When: A trigger event during the week affects advisors on your tier-1 list. The most common cases are a competitor product removed from a channel's approved list, your own product approved on a new channel, and a regulatory filing that changes a known fund.
What it contains:
- The trigger event in one sentence: what happened, on which channel, affecting which product.
- The affected count from your tier-1 universe (how many of your ranked advisors hold the affected product or are positioned for the event).
- A short cut of the highest-AUM affected advisors with a fresh reason-to-call that weaves the trigger into the talking points.
- A note on how many fresh outreach drafts were generated and staged for those advisors.
Action required: Open the queue and review the fresh drafts. Second-signal drafts are time-sensitive; the window on a platform removal closes when the field hears the news through other channels.
Individual Monitoring Card
When: A monitoring rule fires for a single advisor and the materiality classifier rates the signal notable or material. Routine signals do not post here; they collect in the daily digest below.
What it contains:
- The advisor's name and firm in the title.
- A one-line action: the specific next step (book a follow-up, send a quick note on a referenced topic, reopen a stalled deal), not an observation.
- An evidence block underneath with the dated sources: the email reply or non-reply, the meeting date, the filing date, the LinkedIn post date, the AUM delta and quarter.
- A severity indicator (notable or material) at the top of the title.
- Action buttons: Draft Outreach, Promote to Queue, Snooze, Dismiss, Open Drilldown.
Action required: Read the action line and the evidence. Click Draft Outreach if you want a written email back, Promote to Queue to add the advisor to the next weekend run's enrichment list, or Snooze if you have already handled this signal. One card per advisor per cadence run: multiple rules firing for the same advisor collapse into one card with the strongest signal leading.
Routine-Signal Digest
When: Once per day, at the start of the working day, after the daily monitoring scan has run.
What it contains:
- A list of the routine-severity signals that fired in the last twenty-four hours, grouped by category.
- A count beside each category (engagement, AUM and book, platform and channel, re-engagement) so you can see at a glance where the activity is.
- A short list of the advisors involved with the rule that fired. No action line, no evidence block; routine signals are background context.
- A link to expand the digest if you want to see the full set with evidence.
Action required: None. Skim the categories to keep a feel for territory activity. If a routine item turns out to matter, you can pull a drilldown on the advisor from Slack.
Prospect Detail Card
When: You ask for a drilldown on a specific advisor, or you click Open Drilldown on a card.
What it contains:
- Advisor name, title, firm, location, channel affiliation, and existing relationship status with your firm.
- Current holdings in the relevant sleeve with line-item allocations.
- Combined sleeve allocation and peer-set overlap.
- Practice profile tags (RIA, hybrid, fee-only, broker-dealer affiliated, growth-tilt, income-tilt, model-driven).
- A digest of recent firm-level email history between your firm and the advisor's firm.
- LinkedIn signals and recent firm-news items relevant to the conversation.
- A four-to-six sentence thesis paragraph: why this advisor is a conversation right now, lead lever first, evidence next, ending with what to open with on the first touch.
Action required: Read it before you dial. Click Draft Outreach if you want the drafting agent to write the opener.
Scan Error Notice
When: A monitoring scan or the weekend run encounters a problem and cannot complete.
What it contains:
- Which scan or cadence failed (weekend run, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- A plain-English description of the problem (for example: "HubSpot data could not be read for this run" or "the channel feed did not return results").
- Whether the next scheduled run will retry automatically.
Action required: None immediately. If the same error appears across multiple runs, contact support@alpheous.com.
