CRM

This page covers two ways you keep an eye on how Alpheous works with your CRM: a queue of proposed refinements to your Ideal Customer Profile, and a full log of every write the agents make back to it.

:::tip Why This Page Matters Your Ideal Customer Profile drives Fit Score, and your CRM is the record every agent writes back to. These two views let you see, and approve, how both stay current. :::

Ideal Customer Profile Refinements

As meetings happen and deals close, Alpheous notices patterns and proposes refinements to your Ideal Customer Profile. Each pending proposal shows up in a queue where you Approve or Dismiss it; dismissing gives you an optional field to record why.

Below the queue, three supporting sections give you the context behind a proposal:

  • Recent Deal Outcomes Each outcome, the reason behind it, the related deal or subject, the amount involved, and any objection themes that came up.
  • Current ICP Narrative The profile text a proposal is being compared against.
  • Reviewed History Past proposals you have already approved or dismissed, with who reviewed each one and why.

If the main queue fails to load, you see a plain empty state rather than an error, and the three supporting sections each fail on their own without affecting the others or the queue itself.

CRM Writeback Log

This is a read-only log of every write Alpheous intends to make to your CRM, whether it actually went through as a Live write or ran as a Dry Run.

Each row shows the object that was touched (a contact, a deal, or a company), the property that changed, the agent that made the change, the connected provider, the new value, and when it happened. Every write is logged before anything reaches your CRM live, and a dry run or a refused write shows as an ordinary row in the feed rather than as an alert, so this log is where you look to confirm what actually landed and what did not.

  • Firm Settings: where your Ideal Customer Profile itself is edited.
  • Fit Score: how the Ideal Customer Profile shapes the way firms are ranked.
  • The Prospector: one of the agents whose writes show up in the writeback log.
