Distribution Agents

This page covers two things: the health and delivery status of your distribution agents in one place, and the setup screen for the Meeting Assistant, which lives alongside them because it is part of the same distribution motion.

Agent Health And Delivery

This view gives you one card per distribution agent, so you can see at a glance whether each one is working the way you expect. A glance band at the top totals how many agents are configured, how many are Healthy against the total, how many have at least one live delivery channel, and how many supporting services back the whole roster.

Each agent's card shows:

  • A Status Pill Healthy, Degraded, Down, or Never Run.
  • A Timing Line Either how long the agent has been healthy, or when it last succeeded, whichever applies.
  • Supporting Services One row per service backing that agent, with how recently it last ran and how long that run took.
  • A Delivery Mode Per Channel Live, Dry, or Off, so you can tell at a glance whether an agent is actually sending work out, running in a test mode that produces no real output, or switched off for that channel entirely.

Open a card when you want the detail behind a status: what is degraded, which supporting service is lagging, or which channel is still set to Dry or Off. Use the glance band as your daily check that the roster is healthy before you rely on its output.

Meeting Assistant Configuration

This is where you set up when the Meeting Assistant sends its pre-meeting brief, where it goes, and which calendars it reads.

  • Brief Timing How many minutes before a meeting the brief goes out, and a Cadence choice between one brief per meeting or a single daily digest covering everything on your calendar that day.
  • Watched Calendars Every staff member's default mailbox calendar is always watched and cannot be turned off. You can add other calendars on top of that. Unticking one stops new events from that calendar and removes events already pulled in from it. If the same shared calendar is ticked on in two different mailboxes, its meetings are read twice, so watch for that when you add one.
  • Delivery Send the brief by Email, Slack, or both.
  • Transcripts Choose which provider supplies the post-meeting transcript. Three options: AssemblyAI, OpenAI Whisper, or Manual, where you supply the transcript yourself and nothing is sent anywhere. The first two are outside services, so this setting decides which third party receives your meeting audio. Treat it as a data-processor choice for your compliance team rather than a preference, and check it against your firm's vendor list before changing it.
  • Meeting Assistant: what the agent does with the brief once this page has configured it.
  • Territory Intelligence: one of the distribution agents whose health shows on this page.
  • Fit Score: the weights that shape what the distribution agents surface.
