Products

Products is your distribution catalogue: every fund, ETF, or SMA your firm distributes, in one place. This is what wholesaling and outreach agents draw on when they write about a specific product, and what prospect scoring measures a prospect's fit against.

The Product List

The list shows Ticker, Name, Type, Manager, AUM, and Status, and you can search by ticker, name, or manager, or filter by status. A glance band shows your Total product count, how many are Active, and how many are Distributed by Us.

Adding or Editing a Product

Adding or editing a product opens a form split into five tabs:

  • Identity: Ticker (set once, it can't be changed afterward), Name, Short name, Product type, Manager firm, Asset class, AUM, Inception date, Exchange, CUSIP, ISIN, Currency, Benchmark, and flags for Active, Perpetual, and Distributed by us.
  • Strategy: Description, Objective, Investment strategy, Thematic positioning, Sourcing process, Risk management, Competitive position, Portfolio managers, Top holdings, Sector mix, and Historical performance, plus Talking points written specifically for wholesalers to use in advisor conversations.
  • Fees and Availability: Expense ratio, Fee type, Performance fee, Platform fee, Minimum investment, Distribution policy, Yield target, approval date on relevant platforms, and which platforms or custodians carry the product.
  • Compliance: Fee notes, Risk disclosures, and Prohibited claims, the specific claims your compliance team has flagged as off-limits when discussing this product with an advisor.
  • Metadata: additional reference detail on the product.

A product's Talking points and Prohibited claims matter beyond the record itself: they shape what an outreach agent can and can't say about it. Keep them current and specific, and drafts about that product come back closer to ready.

  • Setup Wizard: the Products step in the wizard hands off directly to this page.
  • Buyer Personas: the audience side of the same personalization your product catalogue feeds.
  • Firm Settings: your firm-wide compliance rules, which apply alongside any product-specific ones set here.
