Commands
Talk to Sales Assistant in its designated Slack channel. You can ask for a scan on demand, check what is queued, request a draft for a specific advisor or firm, or ask for a different angle on a draft that is already waiting.
Trigger a Scan Now
Sales Assistant runs on its own cadence, but you can request an immediate scan at any time, for instance before a Monday pipeline review.
@Alpheous scan for dormant prospects
Sales Assistant runs every enabled scanner (wholesale, main, FIG, and institutional HubSpot deal pipelines; engaged advisor contacts; unanswered Gmail threads), identifies newly dormant entries, and queues up to five drafts. Each draft that clears Brand Guard becomes an approval card in the channel. If everything is current, it replies with a brief confirmation and no cards.
Ask What Is Queued
@Alpheous what's in the sales queue?
Sales Assistant summarises how many approval cards are pending across your pipelines and whether any drafts are waiting on Brand Guard.
Request a Draft for a Specific Advisor or Firm
When you already know the prospect you want to re-engage (a wirehouse advisor you met at an event, a long-tail RIA in your territory, an institutional LP whose diligence stalled), you can ask directly.
@Alpheous draft a re-engagement email for [advisor or firm name]
Sales Assistant looks up the contact or deal in HubSpot, checks Gmail for any recent thread, and generates a draft. It posts the approval card in the same format as a scheduled-scan card.
Redraft a Queued Email
If you want a different angle on a draft that is already in your queue (lead with a recent fund update rather than the deal stage, for example):
@Alpheous redraft the email for [advisor or firm name], focus on [angle]
Sales Assistant generates a new version, runs Brand Guard again, and updates the approval card. The original Gmail Draft is replaced.
Approval Buttons
Each approval card carries two buttons.
| Button | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Open in Gmail | Opens the draft in your Gmail account so you can read the full email, edit if needed, and click Send |
| Dismiss | Skips this prospect; no email is sent and the card is resolved |
There is no automatic send. Open in Gmail opens the draft for your review; you decide whether to send from there. If Brand Guard flagged the draft, the card notes the verdict before you open it: you can still open the draft, edit the highlighted phrasing, and send.
