Notifications

Sales Assistant posts to one Slack channel: the one configured for it in your Alpheous settings. There are two notification types: the re-engagement approval card (the main interaction) and an error notice when a scanner could not finish its check.

Re-Engagement Approval Card

When: Sales Assistant completes a scan and finds a dormant prospect worth re-engaging, and the draft was successfully written.

What it contains:

  • Contact name and firm
  • Source that flagged the silence (HubSpot deal, HubSpot contact, or Gmail thread)
  • How long the prospect has been quiet
  • Draft subject line
  • First lines of the draft body as a preview
  • One-sentence rationale explaining the angle Sales Assistant chose
  • Brand Guard verdict (clean pass, flagged with a note, or rejected)
  • Open in Gmail and Dismiss buttons

Action required: Open the draft in Gmail to review and send, or dismiss to skip this prospect. Cards stay actionable until you respond.

Brand Review Verdict on the Card

When: Brand Guard reviewed the draft and either flagged a concern or rejected it.

What it contains:

  • The verdict (flagged, or rejected)
  • A short note on what triggered it (for example, a phrase that reads as broadcast, or language that does not match your firm's voice)

Action required: A flagged draft is still written to Gmail Drafts; you can open it, edit the noted phrasing, and send. A rejected draft is not written to Gmail at all; the card explains why and you can ask Sales Assistant to redraft from Slack.

Scan Error Notice

When: A scanner ran into a problem it could not work around (a connection that is no longer authenticated, a data source that did not respond).

What it contains:

  • Which source had the issue (HubSpot or Gmail)
  • A plain-English description of the problem

Action required: None immediately. If the issue persists across scans, check that your HubSpot and Gmail connections are still active in Alpheous. Contact support@alpheous.com if the error continues.
