Commands

Regulatory Digest is primarily a scheduled agent: it posts digest cards on its own cadence to its Slack feed. You do not need to ask for the daily digest; it arrives on its own. The commands below are for the cases where you want to pull a digest on demand, narrow it to a specific source, or follow up on something you saw in a card.

Pull The Latest Daily Digest

Ask the agent to repost or generate today's digest if you missed it or want to see it again later in the day.

@Alpheous show me today's regulatory digest
@Alpheous latest digest

The agent posts the most recent daily card to the channel where you asked. If the day's run produced no material or notable items, you get a short note confirming an empty digest rather than a card.

Pull A Weekly, Monthly, Or Quarterly Rollup

The agent runs longer-arc rollups in addition to the daily card. You can ask for the most recent one on demand.

@Alpheous weekly regulatory rollup
@Alpheous monthly compliance digest
@Alpheous quarterly regulatory summary

Each rollup spans a longer window and groups items by theme rather than by source. Use the weekly one to brief a Monday compliance or distribution meeting; the monthly and quarterly framings are useful for executive readouts and committee reporting.

Filter By Source

Scope the next digest to a single source if you want to focus on one area.

@Alpheous SEC filings in today's digest
@Alpheous FINRA enforcement this week
@Alpheous DOL Form 5500 updates

The agent posts only items from the requested source, with the same materiality labels and headlines as the full digest. Available sources include SEC EDGAR (Form ADV, 13F, Form D, S-1, prospectus filings), FINRA (enforcement notices, AWCs), and DOL (Form 5500 plan filings).

Ask About A Specific Advisor, Firm, Or Fund

You can scope a digest request to a single entity in your coverage universe.

@Alpheous any regulatory activity on the advisor we cover at a 200-rep firm in the Southeast?
@Alpheous recent filings for the mid-cap value manager on our peer list

The agent looks up the entity, pulls any items from the public record in the past 30 days, and posts a focused summary card. If there is nothing in the window, it says so.

Action Buttons

Regulatory Digest cards are read-only. They do not carry Approve, Send, or Draft buttons, because the digest does not produce outbound artifacts.

Each item in a card includes a source link to the underlying filing or release. Use the link to open the public record directly when you want to read past the headline. If a material item warrants follow-up by another agent on your team (for example, a wholesaler outreach prompted by an advisor's broker-dealer switch), hand the item to that agent in their own channel.
