Schedule
Regulatory Digest runs on four cadences. Each one reads the latest items the public regulatory record has produced for that window, classifies them, and posts a card. You do not need to ask: the digests arrive on their own.
Daily Digest
The daily card posts each weekday morning, after the prior trading day's filings, enforcement notices, and amendments have been collected and classified. It covers a one-day window and is the most timely view.
Use the daily card as your morning regulatory read. The material section, if there is one, is the part that warrants a decision today.
If the prior day's window produced no material or notable items, the agent posts a short empty-digest note rather than a card. This is intentional: empty digests confirm the run completed, without adding noise.
Weekly Rollup
The weekly card posts once a week and covers the prior week's filings and notices. It groups items by theme rather than by source, and includes a short trend note at the top calling out any patterns the agent saw across the week.
The weekly card is the natural input for a Monday compliance meeting or a distribution leadership sync.
Monthly Rollup
The monthly card posts at the start of each month and summarizes the prior month. It favors standouts over completeness and includes count-based comparisons where the agent can support them (for example, peer Form D filings this month versus last).
Use the monthly card for executive readouts and for catching items that drifted without being closed out during the month.
Quarterly Rollup
The quarterly card posts at the start of each calendar quarter. It is the longest-arc framing and is built around the standout regulatory developments of the quarter rather than a full item list.
The quarterly card is useful as input to board materials, committee reports, and quarterly business reviews.
On-Demand Requests
You can also pull a digest at any time during the day by asking in the agent's channel. See Commands for the phrasing. On-demand requests run against the same data the scheduled cards use and respect the same materiality bar.
A useful habit: read the daily card first thing each morning, and the weekly card on Monday before your team meeting. Two reads per week covers most of the regulatory ground without overloading anyone.
