Brand Guard
Brand Guard is the compliance gate for your marketing content: it checks a post or piece of content against your firm's brand and compliance rules before it goes anywhere. This page covers both screens that make up Brand Guard: the settings that control how strict the gate is, and the activity log that shows every decision it has made.
Gate Settings
Three thresholds set the score bands that decide a draft's outcome: an Auto-approve threshold, a Review threshold, and a Revise threshold, each a Brand Compliance Score from 0 to 100. A Gate timeout field sets how many seconds the gate waits before falling back to a default decision, and a Fail open for internal toggle controls what happens to content marked for internal use only: when it's on, that content passes if the gate errors or times out, rather than being held.
These settings apply across every brand your firm manages at once. A separate rules editor handles brand-specific language elsewhere in the console.
Activity: What the Gate Decided
The activity log lists every piece of content Brand Guard has reviewed. A summary strip at the top shows Total Audits, plus a count for each outcome it can return: a block or reject count shown in a danger tone, and a review or redline count shown as a warning.
The table below lists each item's surface, its decision, its severity, how long the check took, and when it ran. Each decision carries a badge, and the badge is deliberately honest about what actually happened: a green Compliance: Passed badge appears only when a rule pack was actually matched and the content was approved against it. A toned badge means a rule fired and the content needs a look or was blocked. Everything else, including an approved item that matched no rule pack at all, shows a neutral Not Enforcing Yet badge: your marketing compliance rules are authored but not yet active for this firm. That distinction matters when you're reading the log: a page of mostly Not Enforcing Yet badges is not the same as one where rules are actually catching things.
Brand Guard's activity log runs on every firm, whether or not you've added the marketing module; only the settings above require it. If you see Not Enforcing Yet across the board and don't have that module, that's why: there's nothing configured yet for a rule to match against.
