Voice Outreach does not push messages to a chat channel. Everything it reports appears on the Voice tab of the Outreach page: the four counts at the top, the sections below them, and the detail view for each call.
Calling activates once your firm's phone calling account is connected and its call templates are set up. Until then the Voice tab stays empty, which is expected. The notices below appear once calling is connected and calls begin.
Waiting on Your Approval
When: A call has cleared your firm's compliance rules and every pre-call check, and is now held for a person to release.
What it contains:
- The advisor and the goal of the call
- The brief prepared for the conversation
- The compliance result and each pre-call check that passed
- The trigger context, so you can see why the call was queued
Action required: Yes, and this is the one notice that blocks work. Nothing dials until you approve it. Read the brief, confirm the checks, and click Approve to release the call. A call you do not approve stays held and is never dialed.
Held for Review
When: A call did not clear the compliance review or one of the pre-call checks: an invalid number or caller identity, a Do Not Call match, a consent state that does not permit the call, a missing AI and recording disclosure, no configured call template, or a brief that did not pass your firm's rules. A closed calling window is not one of these; that sends the call back to the queue to be tried later rather than holding it for review.
What it contains:
- The advisor and the call that was stopped
- The specific check that failed, named in plain language
- The brief and trigger context, so you can see what the call was for
Action required: Open the held call and read why it was stopped. Fix the underlying issue if there is one to fix, such as a wrong number, or leave the call held if it should not be placed. A call in this state is never dialed and never becomes eligible for approval until the reason is resolved.
Post-Call Check Flag
When: A call has completed and the post-call check found something on the transcript worth a closer look.
What it contains:
- The flag on the call's detail page
- The point in the transcript that raised it
- The recorded outcome of the call for context
Action required: Open the call and read the flagged section of the transcript. This is a prompt to review, not a blocker; the call has already happened.
Call Outcome
When: A call has finished and Voice Outreach has worked out the result.
What it contains:
- The outcome, for example a meeting booked, a callback requested, a voicemail left, or no interest
- The full transcript
- A link to the recording where one is available
- For a warm transfer, a note that the call was handed to a person
Action required: None for most outcomes; this is the record of what happened. Follow up where the outcome calls for it, such as preparing for a meeting that was booked.
Where to Find These
All four appear on the Voice tab rather than as a push to a channel. The counts tell you at a glance how many calls are in the queue, live, completed today, and in need of review. The Needs Approval section is the one to work first, because calls sit there until a person acts. Open any call to read its full detail.
