Commands
Voice Outreach is queue-driven. You do not operate it with typed commands. You approve its calls and review their results on the Voice tab of the Outreach page in the app.
Calling activates once your firm's phone calling account is connected and its call templates are set up. Until then the Voice tab stays empty, which is expected. The actions below become available once calling is connected.
How You Work With It
There is no chat channel and no @mention for Voice Outreach. Everything happens on the Voice tab, which opens with four counts at the top: calls in the queue, calls live right now, calls completed today, and calls that need review. Below the counts are three sections, in the order you work them:
- Needs Approval: calls that have cleared compliance and every pre-call check and are waiting on you to release them.
- In Queue: calls moving through briefing and checks, plus any that are live on the line.
- Recent Calls: completed and resolved calls, most recent first.
Start at the top. Needs Approval is the only section with an action in it; the other two you read.
Approve a Call
A call in Needs Approval has already been researched, briefed, scored against your firm's compliance rules, and put through the pre-call checks. What is left is your decision.
Each row carries the advisor, the call goal, and the check results, so you can see what passed before you release it. Click Approve to let the call dial. The row is marked Approved in place rather than disappearing, so you get clear confirmation instead of a row that just vanishes.
If dialing is switched off at the master level when you approve, the button instead reads "Approved, dialing is off". Your approval is recorded and the call stays held; it does not silently fail and it does not dial later without you. Ask your operator to turn dialing on if that is not what you expected.
There is no Reject button. A call you do not want placed is one you simply do not approve; it stays held and is never dialed. If it should never be attempted again, tell your operator so the underlying trigger is dealt with rather than the single call.
Review a Completed Call
Click any call in Recent Calls to open its detail view. There you see the brief that was prepared for the advisor, the compliance result, each pre-call check and whether it passed, who approved the call, the outcome, the transcript, and a link to the recording where one is available. The trigger context shows why the call was queued in the first place.
This is how you confirm a call did what you expected: read the outcome, then read the transcript to see how the conversation actually went.
Review a Held Call
A call that failed the compliance review or any pre-call check appears in the needs-review count rather than becoming eligible for approval. Open it from the queue to see which check stopped it: an invalid number or caller identity, a Do Not Call match, a consent state that does not permit the call, a missing disclosure, no configured call template, or a brief that did not clear your compliance rules. The detail view names the specific reason, so you know what to fix or whether the call should simply not be placed.
Place a Call From an Advisor's Record
You can also start a call from an advisor's workspace rather than waiting for a trigger to queue one. The call enters the same pipeline: it is briefed, gated, checked, and then held for approval like any other. Starting a call by hand does not skip the approval step.
Turn On an Optional Call Type
Voice Outreach can run extra call purposes beyond its core calling: meeting confirmation, speed-to-lead for fresh inbound interest, dormant re-engagement, data verification, inbound qualifying, and internal escalation. These are all off by default. Each is switched on one at a time by your operator when you decide you want it. None of them queues a call until it is turned on.
What There Is No Button For
There is no button that dials a call directly, skipping the queue. Every call, however it was started, goes through briefing, the compliance gate, the pre-call checks, and your approval. That is deliberate: the approval step is the control, so there is no path around it.
